Meet Our Team
Jeremy Rouse is a people-first consultant with more than 16 years of experience serving the public and supporting community-focused teams.
“My career has been shaped by helping people navigate important moments in their lives and by building programs that make those experiences easier, more accessible, and more equitable.
In my most recent role as a Product Manager and Program Analyst with the Social Security Administration, I helped guide the development of digital services used by millions of people across the country. Before that, I spent many years on the front lines—supporting individuals and families through the disability and retirement process, improving service workflows, and coaching teammates to strengthen our ability to serve the public with empathy and consistency.
Across every role, my focus has stayed the same: listening carefully, understanding real needs, and finding practical ways to improve how people access essential resources. I look forward to helping our customers navigate the complexities of the Social Security system.”
Deena Amer is a Social Security consultant with more than 26 years of experience helping the public navigate benefits and strengthening programs at both the local and national level.
“My career with the Social Security Administration spanned a variety of roles, including Claims Specialist and Operations Supervisor at the Charleston, SC Field Office, where I dedicated myself to helping individuals understand their rights, responsibilities, and the benefits available to them. Later, as a Program Analyst and Manager at SSA Headquarters, I worked on major fraud initiatives, improved the visitor experience, and strengthened system security across multiple platforms nationwide.
Across every role, my focus has remained the same: ensuring people feel supported and empowered to access the benefits they deserve. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families receive the resources and guidance they need.”
Heather Gray is a Social Security consultant with more than 30 years of experience guiding individuals and families through complex decisions and improving systems to make services more accessible and secure.
“My career began at the local Department of Social Services, where I discovered my passion for helping others. I then spent three decades with the Social Security Administration, serving in roles from claims representative to assistant district manager in eastern North Carolina, and later at headquarters improving visitor services and strengthening system security.
Through every role, my focus has been the same: helping people feel supported, simplifying complex rules, and leading with integrity. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind and confidence as you make important decisions. I believe everyone deserves clarity and trust when navigating Social Security, and I’m here to help you find both.”
