What to Expect

When you book a consultation with Found & Form, you’re reserving time with a knowledgeable Social Security consultant who will help you understand your benefit options, prepare for the application process, and navigate post-entitlement issues. We offer clarity, strategy, and support.

How it works

  1. Select Your Interview Type: Choose from consultation services on the Our Services page. If you choose Google Meet, your session will take place by video. You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera to join. If a telephone session is selected, your caller ID will display (252) 275-3775.

  2. Book & Pay: Secure your session with online payment.

  3. Schedule Appointment & Provide Intake Information: After paying for your services, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your appointment. You will also be asked to complete a short intake form to share your specific questions and priorities.

  4. Meet With Your Consultant: Your 45-minute session will be conducted by phone or video - whichever you prefer.

Prepare for Your Session

To make the most of your session, please have the following ready:

·       Your Social Security statement (if available)

·       Any recent correspondence from SSA

·       A list of questions or concerns you’d like to discuss

·       Pen and paper (or digital notes) to jot down key takeaways

What We Don’t Do
